Privacy policy
This site is part of an analytics demo by Anton Kozhanov. Lotus Route and its offices are fictional: nothing is sold here and no payment is taken. The data the demo collects is real, and this page says what it is and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
Anton Kozhanov (Vietnam), apkozhanov@gmail.com.
He runs this site, the Da Nang office site (beta.nexusnode.ru) and the booking platform Tidebook (booking.nexusnode.ru). All three are one demo on one server.
What the demo records
When you open the site, the demo's server starts a record of your visit. It holds:
- where you came from: the source, campaign and ad click id in the link, and the page that sent you;
- which pages of the demo you opened and when;
- what you chose in the cookie banner;
- what you did in the demo: tour clicks, moves between the demo sites, bookings on Tidebook (tour, price, number of guests);
- a short code that opens the record in another browser.
The record has no name, email or phone number. The server works out your country from your IP address to pick the cookie rules and does not store the address.
In EU mode the record starts only after you allow analytics cookies. Until then the server only counts the visit, with its source and no identifier. Outside the EU mode the record starts on your first visit; you can opt out under “Your Privacy Choices” at the bottom of any page.
If you came from the case hub (attribution-lab.nexusnode.ru) or the studio demo and agreed to cookies on both, this site’s record of your visit is linked with theirs, so the console can show your path; each site keeps its own consent.
Cookies on this site
These are set on alpha.nexusnode.ru only. The Da Nang office site sets its own.
al_bid– browser id, lets the demo find your record; 400 days.al_consent– your cookie choice; 180 days. Written once you choose._ga,_ga_*– Google Analytics;FPID,FPLC– set by our analytics server on this domain. In EU mode they are not set before you consent.
The demo also keeps its settings in the browser: language, cookie mode, what is open in the console and in the hints. Their keys start with al.; the full list is on the Consent tab of the demo console.
You can change your cookie choice at any time under “Your Privacy Choices” at the bottom of any page. If you refused cookies, a round cookie button also appears in the bottom left corner: it opens the banner again.
Who else receives data
- Google – Google Analytics, through our own server on this domain. Google keeps event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months.
- Hetzner – hosting, Finland.
- Telegram – if the events of your browser did not reach our analytics server (a blocker stopped them, for example), a message goes to us there: the site, the result of the check, your browser (User-Agent) and your visitor code. We delete it on request.
When you go on to the Da Nang office site or book on Tidebook, your record goes with you: that is what the demo shows.
How long we keep it
The record is deleted automatically 25 months after your last visit to any demo site. A booking stays on Tidebook without the link to you.
If you withdraw consent or opt out, the record of your visits is deleted at once. Only your consent decisions stay – what you chose and when – as proof of consent, and they are deleted 25 months later.
You can see the record, download it or delete it right now on Your data on this site.
Deleting removes the record from our server and the cookies al_bid, al_consent, FPID and FPLC from this site. The Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* stay in the browser until you clear them, and what was already sent to Google Analytics stays there until its term.
Legal basis
In EU mode, the record and the analytics cookies rely on your consent. Outside it, they rely on our interest in showing how attribution works, and you can opt out at any time. The al_consent cookie is needed to remember your choice.
Your rights
You can get your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to apkozhanov@gmail.com – we answer within 30 days. If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
